Need for Welcoming Committee Chair:
Beautification Committee
Crime Watch Committee
Initial talks and planning for Spring Block Party.
Krista volunteered to assist with Beautification committee, coordinating with area restaurants for our yearly events and starting up the Lake Park Estates Wine Tasting Club.
Crime Watch Update:
- about 15 people have verbally committed to taking the VIP classes at the Police Station.
- Course offered monthly.
- Aren and Rory met with adjacent neighborhood about how they do their VIP patrols.
- Proposing to get flashing light and magnetic signs for patrolling vehicles.
- Would like to do a combination welcome package, crime watch info and membership drive.
- Will need to send out email vote request to board to approve funds for materials needed for VIP program. Rory will send Will information on costs.
- Krista proposed a “All Eyes Matter” campaign to have all neighbors being more alert about what is going on in the neighborhood, and target dog owners who spend a lot of time walking the neighborhood.

- Send email to vote on expenditure of funds for membership drive.
Proposed creating a Fund Raising Committee to raise funds for newsletters, events, beautification, crime watch.
