the donation of $300 in gift cards that will be presented as 1st and 2nd
place in the annual Light the Night x-mas light contest in our neighborhood.

chose so all are clear on how and what to vote on. The 3 classes are MOST

this needs to be done at the Dec 12th meeting
New block captain is Jennifer Presely on Galway.
Casa Linda shopping center has been sold to AMReit. New owners seem to be
pro-active right no so we can voice our concerns with what kind of tenants we
want.
Scott Williams was at our fall Picnic and set up a table for the info of the
Buckner Road Garland Road project. Remember most of this work will be performed
at night and they are planning on starting it sometime 2007.
Needs ideas on trees, vegetation north and south along Garland and Buckner
roads.
Richard Fleming will host the Jan Public meeting, place and time will be
announced hopefully at least 2 weeks before the actual meeting so all can plan
in advance.
Board voted to move block party to May. Established events committee to be
led by Kathy Renaud.
Meeting closed at 8:45 PM.
