Welcome to the head of the new Welcoming Committee – Karen Mosher

- Brainstorm on donations for welcoming committee baskets.

- Use local restaurants in area:

o Fat Daddy’s

o Lone Star Wings

o El Fenix

o Etc.

1108 N. Buckner update:

- No new updates, staying in contact with Guaranty. Sign is down and leaning against the garage now.

Monopoly Place/DPD Security Patrols

- They are open for sharing hours with us, but this is still being worked out.

- We are proposing that we pay for $200.00 per month worth of patrolling.

Galway Circle Project:

- No utilities will be used, so Japanese Maples will be out of the plans.

- Going back to a xeriscape plan

- Agreed to work with Molly and review original plans

Block Party:

- Kathy Renaud is putting details together.

- Band has almost been secured by Jennifer again for this year.

- Flyers – Get Richard’s boys to deliver flyers to each home. 2 rounds of flyers after the newsletter. Round 1 will be around 10 days beforehand, round 2 will be Tuesday the "week of"

- 75lbs of meat last year was not enough, will need more meat this time.

- Need to contact Gary Griffith, Police Department and Fire Department with invitations to Block Party.

Newsletter:

- Almost done and ready for printing.

Membership Drive:

- Karen has envelopes ready and should be over at Rory’s.

Ballot Information:

- Need more names on ballot for different positions

Lowe's gift cards:

- - Aren has them.

- - Krista and Karen Mosher are going to hand the gift cards out this week.

General Meeting:

- Richard will verify if the hospital will provide refreshments for General Meeting

- Board voted on $25.00 budget for refreshments

- Jennifer will put together flyer for General Meeting which will be distributed by Richards boys on April 23^rd or 24^th.
