LPENA helps our neighbors deal with challenges, such as city codes and zoning issues. We provide a means for our neighbors to work together to develop positions, proposals, processes, and projects that improve the integrity, the strength, and the voice of our neighborhood. LPENA plans and organizes activities to help neighbors get to know each other.
