The Lake Park Estates Neighborhood Association (LPENA) represents the interests of residents of the Lake Park Estates neighborhood of Dallas, Texas.

The Lake Park Estates neighborhood is bordered on the north by Dallas's White Rock Lake Park and Dixon Branch creek. Buckner Blvd., Garland Rd., Peavy Rd., and Reinhardt Branch creek are the other boundaries.

The neighborhood has 288 homes, most built in the 1950s and 1960s. The neighborhood includes ranch style homes, Austin stone homes, and eclectic houses designed by notable architects like Glen Allen Galaway, a student of Philip Johnson.

LPENA is currently working on these projects:

• Landscaping Galway Circle
• Monitoring upcoming rework of the Buckner and Garland intersection
• Converting LPENA into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity
• Monitoring crime through a neighborhood Crime Watch
• Preserving the integrity and appeal of the neighborhood

Join or renew your membership. All memberships expire on April 1. Membership is $30 per year per household.

Donate to LPENA, Inc. Donations help us implement the mission of the association, including neighborhood social events, an upcoming Galway Circle park renovation, and other association activities. Note that since LPENA is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, donations are not tax deductible.
